Prior to Huma, Farnaz held strategic consulting roles at top global firms, including BCG, McKinsey & Company, and Deloitte. In these positions, she advised leading pharmaceutical companies on innovation, digital transformation, R&D optimization, sales excellence, and operational turnarounds, consistently delivering measurable growth and efficiency improvements. She holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from EPFL and Sharif University, and advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Physics from the University of California.
